Born on 16 April 1990. He is a native of Biñan City and traces his roots back to San Pablo, Laguna.

He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2010. He had his apprenticeship with the Public Attorney’s Office – Manila in 2012. He studied law in the Ateneo De Manila University and graduated with a degree of Juris Doctor in 2014. In 2015, he was admitted to the Philippine Bar.

As a young member of the Bar, he strives to learn the legal profession by seeking his practice focus on litigation.
