Born on the 3rd day of April in Quezon City. The son of a member of the Philippine Constabulary Metropolitan Command and eventually the Presidential Security Group.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the East College of Law, Manila and passed the 2006 Bar Examination. He is a member of the Epsilon Sigma Lambda Phi Inc. a prestigious and exclusive law fraternity in the U.E. College of Law.
